The Sad Truth about Democrats

As Patriots - we must articulate truth.  Is there any doubt where the Democratic Party is headed?  Is there any doubt with whom they associate?  Is there any doubt who supports the Democratic Party?

Wherever you are located in the nation - are you really comfortable that this is just on the national level?  Are you really willing to support local Democrats knowing where their leadership stands?

Abortion - Same-Sex Marriage -  Immigration - Secularism -  Political Correctness - and most recently trying to remove "God" from their platform....because what is left?

Are you supporting Democratic candidates who wish to cling to power?  Are you supporting them because "They're really Republicans" (wink, wink) or  they do you favors or maybe you know and trust them?

If you do - then you are complicit.  It's just the truth.  Col. Allen West would refer to it as calling a spade a spade.

So when you go to the polls in a few weeks - alone with your ballot - forget about your friends, the phone calls, the signs and all the extraneous pressure and influence.  Study the above chart - the associations and think about the future, where we're headed, who can take us there and do the right thing.

Vote every Democrat top to bottom out of office - let's see some fresh faces.

Just like in 1776 - stand tall - be a Patriot!

Communists & Commissioners...

Last week the Patriots here at PIN posted about Col. Allen West not backing down from calling fellow Democratic Congressmen "Communists".  He has the historical evidence on his side and asks the media to do their research.  It's worth another look: Click Here to Go to YouTube!

Well, down in Robeson County, NC - a treasure trove for researchers - a local Democratic County Commissioner is embroiled in scandal while trying to get re-elected.  Despite the unpopular scandal in which he is involved, he claims in an ad to be the "People's Voice".
We at PIN couldn't help but laugh for many reasons:

1.  "The People's Voice" is the Communist Publication of the Canadian Communist Party and is just ironic considering our recent post from Col. Allen West that Democrats are the new Communists.  Weak, we know - but it is funny.  Notice the resemblance both in script and ideology?

He actually helped create a problem & now is running on the platform to fix what he helped create!  Not to mention he slanders the word "fiscal responsibility" and pushes the socialist plan of more "programs".

2.  But Seriously, if this Taylor guy is the "People's Voice" - Does that mean the People in Robeson want:

A.  The 4th Highest paid Commissioners in the State.

B.  A Discretionary Fund for each Commissioner to spread patronage money around.

C.  Pay & Perks for their Commissioners that County Employees do not even receive.

The local news media broke the story about these perks which add up to a Commissioner attending a couple meetings a month earning just a little less than a full time school teacher.  See their latest Homerun here!

The Republican Party there actually gets credited with the research that although this Taylor guy says the people need to re-elect him to take care of the mess - he actually said the same thing TEN YEARS AGO:  See It Here!

In the meantime, he voted for every budget that had those clever little perks like raising the pay from the  12th to the 4th highest in the State or keeping the Discretionary Funds and now we find that they have this nifty deferred payment plan where they get money even after they leave office.

Now the folks at PIN are no fans of ministers as politicians (we've slammed a few but they were Democrats of course - Big Difference) - but we'd rather have a minister than a crook.  That's an easy one.

So do you vote for the current Commissioner whose Party supports Same-sex marriage ( in a county that rejected that concept by 86% ) and voted for these perks though pretends to suddenly have had an epiphany?  Not to mention his is the Party of Obama -

Or do you vote for the challenger who will have the phone number of the next Governor of the State and has a track record of making it his business to be a man of character?

Now we know what you've been told by the local Democrats.  They say they really have conservative values and would be Republicans but they can't get elected as Republicans, so they are Democrats just to get elected.  Shhhh, don't tell anyone.

So let's get this right.  Let's say the fine Pastor there was a Buddhist (instead of a Christian) and wanted to start a church.  But he knew the county was mostly Baptist.  So he just called himself a Baptist just so he could start a church.  Shhhh, don't tell anyone.

Come on guys - would you really go to his church?

'nuff said.  Let's examine the word: INTEGRITY

Democrat Communists...

Col. Allen West believes in calling a spade - a spade.  He not only makes no apologies for calling fellow Democrats Communists, but outlines historically why and how thin the line has become.  Col. Allen West is a 20 year veteran of the US Army serving combat deployments and was a Lieutenant Colonel - he's not known for beating around the bush.  We're Fighting Communism...

Discretionary Disgrace or What have you done for me lately...

Greetings from the Network!

Yes, a group of political researchers who attempt to spin fact over rhetoric.  North Carolina & Robeson County seem to be hotspots again for the Network.  Yep - we got the call & it was more than just to use our media resources or email...thanks for the invite!

Here's a gem our team pulled up to start what we call the 60 day push & catch up on things:  CLICK HERE!

Yes - that would be Ten Years old!  Seems the county was having some budget woes then.  Robeson also seems to have some Commissioners on the board that have managed to increase their pay from the 12th highest in the State to the 4th - even if the county fell in all other areas.

And while the local media seems to have done a nice job executing the First Amendment on the matter of Discretionary Funds - the issue is not as novel as reported...

This brings us to some questions:

1.  Is this an accomplishment for which the Board is proud?

2.  Are any incumbent Democratic Candidates adding this to their resume for re-election?

3.  How many times or years does a county "study" a matter?

Let's review:

A.  Tax payers pay the county taxes.

B.  A county commissioner doles out a portion of taxpayer funds back to the community.

C.  Tax payer thanks the commissioner & tries to get him re-elected because the commissioner "supports" the community.

Got it.

ZONATION says Democrats have the same traits as Vampires?  What?  This is the Season of Abraham Lincoln:  Vampire Democrat Hunter

Copy of McIntyre's Term Limit Pledge

April 8, 1996 Mike McIntyre signed a Six-Term pledge Limit (Source - Pantano for Congress Website & other public referencing).  Now McIntyre is saying that Term-Limits are "only fair if all members of the House and Senate follow them." (Source- McIntyre Press Release).  He also supplies evidence to support his "No-Term-Limit" position that he supported legislation in 1997 (Republican-led) that would have established term-limits - but it failed, so he isn't for it now because everyone isn't held to term-limits.

The problem with the implication is that he clearly was aware that term-limits did not apply to everyone at the time he signed his own pledge on April 8, 1996.  Which begs the question - why did he sign it if he feels it isn't fair unless applied evenly?  He had no disclaimers on April 8, 1996 - but now he does.

So was he not being truthful then or is he not being truthful now - because its one or the other isn't it?  Surely, it couldn't be because his pledge would have ended his Congressional Career a term ago.

Until the Civil War, term-limits wasn't an issue as Congressmen didn't wish to serve more than a couple of terms.  It was a public service - not a career.  It was a sacrifice.

A July 2003 NBC/Wall Street Journal poll found that 67% of Americans thought term-limits were a good idea.  University of California-San Diego political scientist Gary Jacobson has said that, "since nobody has been punished for breaking the vow, I don't think anyone sees it as a serious threat."

The CATO Institute has conducted a policy analysis on this issue.  They conclude that term-limits would re-establish the citizen legislature.  They cite evidence that the founding fathers strongly believed in rotations of office.  They simply left it out of the Constitution because they didn't forsee it as a problem.

Clearly, Republicans & Democrats have both failed to keep such vows.  But that isn't the point in this case.  The point here is - McIntyre had reasons for making the pledge in 1996 - now he has changed his mind when he could have stood on principle and could have stood on his word (and signature).

Did his reasons change or his principles?  And let's put aside justifications and get to the point - was McIntyre being untruthful then or now?

These are just the facts - Mike Facts...
